"Baseball is my love & so when I got in my accident I struggled mentally because I thought my baseball career was over. Growing up playing sports was all I knew how to do. Everyday all day was sports but specifically baseball.
Not only did I have to overcome my own doubt but I had to overcome those that didn’t believe in me."

What would you like to say to the donors who made
your scholarship possible?
"Thank you for all your support, without The Yard charities program, we would not be able to train at an actual facility" Kenzie. This opportunity has been such a blessing, especially with Kansas’ unpredictable summer weather. Having a climate-controlled environment allowed us to continue to train on hitting, pitching, catching, and fielding work without any interruptions from the weather. Your generosity gave her not only a place to train but also the confidence and resources to keep improving her game. We are truly grateful for your support and investment in her future. It is our hope to train at The Yard on scholarship over winter-break from school during the holidays. Again thank you!
Youth Ball Players
Our commitment is to offer top-notch training for baseball and softball players. By hosting cost-effective camps and clinics, engaging MLB coaches, and utilizing advanced technology for training, we have been and will persist in shaping our young athletes.
Our Community
Our community has strong ties to baseball and softball. These sports teach players much more than what happens between the lines. What drives us is the ability to effect change in our community starting with our youth athletes. We promote life skills that will assist in a stronger community from the ground up!
